Returns

Orders from ColumbusSoccerShop.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and unworn. If you have specific questions pertaining to your return, please contact us. Returns and exchanges can be processed by mail or by visiting the Crew Shop at Lower.com Field. All returns must include the packing slip with order details. 

PLEASE NOTE:

- If your order was filled incorrectly or you have a question regarding an order you received, please contact us directly. Include your order number with your inquiry.

- If returning by mail, once we have received your package at our fulfillment center, allow us 3-5 business days to process your return.

CUSTOM ITEMS:

- Custom merchandise may not be returned.
