How can I get my jersey customized?

  • Jersey customization requests can be processed in-store at the Crew Shop, or by calling 614.447.4244 during business hours.
  • Please expect jersey customizations to take up to 2 weeks, possibly more pending the volume of requests and/or availability of supplies.
  • All guest will receive a phone call when their jersey is ready for pick up.

What’s the status of my order?

  • Please contact Customer Service for order inquiries.

Do you offer shipping?

  • Unfortunately, we're unable to offer shipping via our website. Please call 614-447-4244 with any questions about your order.

How do I return an item I bought at www.columbussoccershop.com?

  • Return items purchased at ColumbusSoccerShop.com by visiting the Crew Shop at Lower.com Field, or by sending in by mail.
  • Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Refunds are issued to the original card used to make the purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Once an order is entered into our system, a customer service agent may or may not be able to cancel your order. 
  • Please note that custom gear (personalized jerseys) and sale items are not able to be returned. All sales are final on those items.

Can I use my Crew Shop Gift Card?

  • Crew Shop Gift Cards are not supported online. You may use your gift card in the Crew Shop at the Lower.com Field.

    How long will it take for my Return to process?

    • Allow 3-5 business days from when we receive the return to process it. If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact us.
